Our network won an award, and we've passed 100,000 homes!

We're so proud to say that we are now an award-winning broadband provider! We're celebrating not one, but two key milestones; passing 100,000 premises with our full fibre network, and connecting 5,000 customers across our four coverage areas: Bradford, South Manchester, Burnley and the West Midlands.

It’s been a fantastic year for us, we won the title of “Best Infrastructure Company covering less than 100k Homes”, at the November 2022 Internet Service Provider Association Awards (ISPA Awards), but we also reached 5,000 connected customers on our network, cementing ourselves as one of the fastest growing Alternative Networks in the UK.

It has taken just 20 months to pass 100,000 homes, and we're continuing to expand our rollout at speed. From our first build in Cottingley, West Yorkshire in early 2021, our network now covers four regions, including three counties across the North West and the latest project in the West Midlands with the first customer to be connected imminently.

Having recently secured an investment of £178 million, we are able to deliver on the ethos that won us the ISPA Award: “In a crowded field, the Judges rewarded brsk for going the extra mile, providing solutions to reach problematic areas and persevering in areas where others won’t.” With customer experience at the forefront of what we do, we hope to prove that the market is ready for new players who can provide 1 gigabit per second full fibre speeds with world class service, and delivering on what we promise.

We believe in taking a no-nonsense approach to our rollout, and building at speed, we have big goals and plan to have 1 million homes connected by 2026.
