  1. To qualify for the “Price Hikes Feel Criminal Promotion”, you must place a valid order for an in-home installation during the promotion period at www.brsk.co.uk.
  2. The promotion is only valid for new customer sign ups.
  3. The promotion period runs from 1 March to 31 March 2024.
  4. The promotions are only valid when signing up for a package on a 24 month contract.
  5. The promotions are offered as follows:
    5.1 BetterNet100 promo: Pay £23 per month for the full duration of a 24 month contract (was £25 per month).

  14. Network Speeds: The actual speed and performance of your Service will depend on various things, some of which are outside of our control. Using Wi-Fi enabled devices means that you can also connect your devices to our Services wirelessly. This makes it easier to access our Services across your devices but will mean a slower Service speed than with an Ethernet cable, due to the limitations of Wi-Fi technology.

Referral Promotion – Refer a Friend for a £75 Amazon Voucher - Active

  1. To participate, the Referrer must have signed up for the program via the brsk website, and received an email/sms providing them with a referral code, stating that they may participate in the ‘Refer a Friend for Amazon vouchers’ promotion. The person they refer (Referred Person) must place an order using the Referrer's unique URL, or via the brsk website using the Referrer's unique code shared with them.
  2. A referral is deemed successful once:
    2.1 The Referred Person has signed up to a 24-month contract.
    2.2 Brsk has been installed and activated in the Referred Person’s home for 30 days, and the Referred Person has paid their first bill (unless specific Sales Promotion applies, then 30 days active applies).
    2.3 If the Referrer is a current customer of brsk, the Referrer’s account needs to be up to date with no outstanding payments in order to receive the reward.
  3. If the Referred Person's area is still in build, they are able to place a preorder and the promotion will apply if they are installed within 8 weeks of the area going live.

  1. To participate in our “February Referral Competition", the Referrer must be a current customer with brsk, and the Referred Person must place a valid order for an in-home installation during the promotion period, using the Referrer's unique link or 4-digit Referral Code.
  2. The promotion period runs from 7 February 2024 to 29 February 2024.
  3. The promotion is only valid if the Referred Person places an order for an installation during February 2024.
  4. A referral is deemed successful once:
    4.1 The Referred Person has signed up to a 24-month contract.
    4.2 Brsk has been installed and activated in the Referred Person’s home for 30 days, and the Referred Person has paid their first bill (unless a specific Sales Promotion applies, then 30 days active applies).
    4.3 The Referrer’s account needs to be up to date with no outstanding payments in order to receive the reward.
    4.4. The Referrer and Referred Person will each receive a £75 Amazon voucher via email when the criteria for a successful referral has been met.
  5. The Referrer who successfully refers the most valid referrals during February will receive an additional £100 Amazon voucher. This will be rewarded at the end of March 2024, to allow for all referral criteria to be met.

Free Trial Promotion – Refer a Friend, 1 Month Free - Ended

  1. To participate in our “Refer a friend, 1 month free”, promotion you must be a current customer and the person you refer must place a valid order for an in-home installation during the promotion period at www.brsk.co.uk.
  2. This promotion began on August 8th 2021 and will continue to run until we decide to close the promotion. If we end the ‘refer a friend’ promotion, we’ll provide you with seven days’ notice before it closes.
  3. To participate, you must have received an email providing you with your referral code, stating that you may participate in the ‘Refer a friend, 1 month free’ promotion.
  4. Any additional free months you accumulate through this promotion will be applied to your account directly. If you already have free months attached to your account, either as part of a free trial, or as part of another promotion, free months will be added in addition to these.
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to you when you successfully refer someone, along with confirmation of the free month being added to your account.
  6. After all ‘free months’ are used, The Service will change to the broadband service you chose when you placed your initial order.
  7. These ‘free month’ rewards cannot be exchanged for other services or refunded in any way.

‘1 year free’ competition – Free broadband for you and a friend

(Ended 31st December 2021)

  1. To be eligible to win in our “1 year free” competition you must live in one of our coverage areas, and your home must be connected to our network. If you win, to redeem your free 12-months of broadband, you must place an order to subscribe to our service, where the 12-months will be credited to your account, after which, you will be charged as normal for our BetterNet service. For your chosen ‘friend’ to receive their reward, they too must live in a property in our coverage area and must also place an order to subscribe to our service to redeem their reward – when their free term runs out, they too will be charged as normal for our BetterNet service.
  2. This competition began on November 12th 2021 and will continue to run until we decide to close the competition. If we end the ‘1 year free’ competition, we will notify you when it closes.
  3. To participate, you must have submitted your details to us via the competition form, including a valid email address, home address and phone number.
  4. Winners will be notified by both phone call, and by email – so you must provide valid contact information. To redeem your reward, you will need to subscribe to our service.
  5. Winners will be asked to provide their name and comment in a press release announcing them as a winner; a photo opportunity will be requested.
